Job Description
- Establish a solid relationship with various customers, MBFIs, Banks, 3rd party partners, groups/associations, etc.
- Develop bespoke products tailored to meet the needs of various customers and partners.
- Manage and develop client’s portfolio.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to ensure superior and compelling customer value propositions.
- Acquisition of new customers and partners, within the Financial services space.
- Assist in the design of new products tailored to meet the needs of customers.
- Responsible for the achievement of the FI Partners team revenue targets.
- Support the implementation of a strategic marketing plan to ensure proper go-to-market strategy implementation to drive commercial success.
- Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to analyze the performance of the business and recommend improvement.
- Launch a retention/incentive program to increase customer loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience years in sales.
- Hands-on experience in managing sales and marketing operations.
- Capacity to drive projects with partners.
