The Akwa Ibom State Referees Council have released a message congratulating Elder Paul Bassey on his emergence as 2nd Vice-President of the newly launched, African Clubs Association.
Recall that Akwa United FC Chairman, Elder Paul Bassey was elected 2nd Vice President of ACA at the official launch in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
Engineer Hersi Ally Said of Young African Football Club of Tanzania emerged the President, while the Marketing Director of Kaizer Chiefs Football Club of South Africa Jessica Motaung will serve as the 1st Vice President of the association.
In a message signed by the Referees Council Chairman, Elder Joseph Bassey and made public by its spokesperson, Nsikakabasi Akpan, the football arbiters forum said news of Elder Paul Bassey’s election was received with ‘ great joy ‘.
