Job Summary:
We seek a talented, experienced, result – oriented and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our School as Admissions Marketing Coordinator. The Admissions Marketing Coordinator will lead our student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract new students to our comprehensive day/boarding school, ensuring enrollment growth and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Advertising
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school\’s brand and programs.
- Manage online presence (website, social media, etc.).
- Create engaging content (brochures, videos, etc.).
- Advertise in print, digital, and outdoor media.
Student Recruitment
- Identify and target potential students and parents.
- Organize open houses, tours, and info sessions.
- Attend education fairs and exhibitions.
- Build relationships with schools, educators, and influencers.
Admissions Process
- Manage applications, interviews, and assessments.
- Evaluate student applications and make recommendations.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants and parents.
Relationship Building
- Foster partnerships with local schools, organizations, and businesses.
- Develop alumni and referral networks.
- Engage with current parents and students as ambassadors.
Data Analysis
- Track and analyze enrollment trends and market data.
- Monitor competitor schools and market share.
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc/ HND/BA or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Education.or in any other marketing certification course.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, school admissions, or education.
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in international education or boarding schools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
