Key Responsibility Areas

Monitors income and expenditure on operating budgets.
Attends to enquiries/complaints from different sources.
Responsible for providing a mini switchboard service.
Attends to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provides a secretarial service to the section.
Undertakes data capturing of information.
Provides a general admin service to the section.
Prepares requisitions of stock, printers services.
Assisting in the preparation of tender documents.
Attends to requested or hiring containers, extra services, etc.
Issues permits to the public for the dumping of miscellaneous refuse, garden refuse.

Essential Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 years relevant experience
Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administration field or equivalent.
4 years relevant experience.
