Minimum Qualifications / Experience
Grade 12
A tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a training administrator or in a similar role
Safety experience would be advantageous
Proven track record of business administration skills and filing systems
Thorough understanding of the training and safety environment specifically in the mining industry
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail – accuracy in recordkeeping, reports and communication
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Maintaining and upkeeping of training database
Providing training material needed by trainers
Making copies and filing of completed assessments
Communicating with external service providers
Printing of certificates for signatures
Sending completed documents to the relevant sites
Assisting with the document control of the mine on Procedures, etc
