Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to member contract queries.
Manage, respond and resolve NATIS queries
Safekeeping storage and retrieval of NATIS documents
Oversee archiving of member contract information
Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses.
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Essential)
Post Maric Qualification /Certificate in Administration / Office Management (Advantageous)
Driver’s License
Experience
2 years operational and supervisory experience in Financial Service Industry
Knowledge & Skills
Cross-boundary, information search, drive for results, interpersonal relations, communication skills.
Conducting of financial analysis,
Drafting of financial and management reports
