DESCRIPTION
The position entails the following:
Capturing orders on SAP
Loading deals on SAP
Order queries on SAP
Maintenance of call cycles on inhouse system
Doing travel bookings on inhouse system
Creating purchase orders on inhouse system
Managing asset registers which includes vehicles, company phones, computer equipment etc
Handling staff queries
Developing and maintaining promotional activity tracking documents
Communication with field staff to gather and capture information
Creating ops reports to be sent to executives.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Microsoft office at an Expert level with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
Thorough knowledge of computer systems
Excellent people skills
Must be able to work under pressure
