Admin Assistant at Crew Life at Sea

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team, especially document collection.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Gather and organize all necessary documentation from new candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring a smooth transition andcompliance with all required protocols.
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of new crew members, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Maintain meticulous records of all information throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, utilizing spreadsheets to track data accurately.
Assist one of our recruiters with various administrative tasks related to candidate management and placement.
Provide additional assistance with various recruitment needs as required, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the recruitment team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Additional qualifications in office administration or related field or proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is essential
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Fast Learner
Computer Literate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
