Support the development and maintenance of actuarial data sources.
Identify opportunities for improved data use and more insightful actuarial analysis.
Manage quarterly and year-end solvency capital requirements.
Produce required QRTs and financial reporting outputs.
Develop and embed an effective capital management framework.
Provide recommendations on capital optimisation related to reinsurance, investment, and business strategy
Lead the calculation of Solvency II risk margins and IFRS17 risk adjustment.
Mentor and manage team members, ensuring quality work.
Automate processes for data preparation, reporting, and visualisation.
Support reinsurer requests and maintain professional qualifications.
You Will Be:
Studying towards a Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) or equivalent actuarial exams.
Significant non-life capital modelling experience.
Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to deputize for the Head of Capital.
