We are looking for a talented ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in LAGOS-ISLAND , LAGOS , NIGERIA .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support Month End Financial Close activities and ensure all invoices and receipts interface from SAP to BOLT and accounted for.
Heads weekly AR meetings with SM/KAM for past due follow ups and ensure records of meetings are kept and distributed for follow ups.
Prepare and inspect Top 20 past due report, Top AR report, Mid-month AR report including other Corporate and local AR reports as may be require and ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely submission of all reports.
Support Internal and External Audit as may be required.
Achieve assigned recovery target to contribute to the company's financial performance, reducing past due and doubtful debt provisions.
Follow up with WHT credit note and ensure they are booked into the financials.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage.
Experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excel & SAP skills.
