Accountant
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage month-end and year-end processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the financial services environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting or auditing
- Experience in the financial services industry (advantageous)
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
