As an Accountant, you shall be responsible for the following functions and more:
Manage all accounting transactions
Forecasting and Budgeting
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Handle petty cash and expenses
Interphase with the bank on behalf of the company.
Prepare invoices and receipts
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Preparation of the company’s financial statement
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Other related duties that will be assigned
Qualifications
BSc in Accounting or any related field
5+ years of Work experience as an Accountant or bookkeeper
Can handle multiple transactional accounts
MS Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Proximity to Lekki
