Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account & Operations Associate to support both account and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient operations, accurate accounting, and assist in optimizing processes to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support:
- Assist in accurate and updated data entry into accounting systems for all financial transactions.
- Assist in tracking and reconciling sales and bank statements on a daily basis, ensuring consistency and accuracy in records.
- Assist in the reconciliation of payment accounts, ensuring that all outgoing funds are properly recorded and documented.
- Assist in maintain accurate financial documentation for audit purposes
- Help resolve queries or escalate them as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse and other departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of interactions and transactions using ERP systems.
Operations Support:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stock dispatch, and logistics tracking.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of stock dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with warehouse officer to ensure availability of necessary products.
- Maintain records of transactions, legal works, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports on both account and operational performance.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes to improve workflow efficiency.
- Communicate any delays, issues, or challenges in operations to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting , operations, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
