Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Management Specialist in our Lagos office. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients, managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The Account Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in the use of GDS
- Vast knowledge of ticket booking and reservation on the GDS
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Customer satisfaction and account management skills to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and grow customer accounts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and to resolve customer issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other local languages is a plus
