Account Coordinator – Durban at Jonsson Workwear

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Work closely with the CWS Leader to support and ensure that each of our CWS Customers receive the ultimate Jonsson Workwear experience.
Management and analysis of sales as well as maintaining relationships with specific CWS customer accounts.
Maintain strategic customer awareness through a detailed understanding of the customer, their needs and requirements; being pro-active in pre-empting customer requests.
Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Product and Brand Communications teams to ensure that each customer is looked after brilliantly.
Work on stock tracking systems, as well as product lifecycle management tools, to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Track, manage, cost and sign-off of all new product developments.
Communicate new launches, product innovation and promotions to customers through collaboration with the Brand Communications team.
Track budgets, launches, annual rollouts and sales to ensure continuous customer supply demands are met.
Track daily sales schedule.
Preparation of meeting packs prior to monthly customer interactions.
Asking the how and why; generating logical ways to improve the forecasting / demand planning processes.

The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

Experience in an account management related role.
Clothing or textiles sector experience advantageous.
An understanding of supply chain management advantageous.
Highly computer literate in MS Office with advanced Excel skills essential.
Experience with Syspro/PowerBI, or similar ERP, and Product Lifecycle Management tool advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Valid passport (or must be obtained if appointed).
