Abia State Police Command Commences Enforcement Of Third-Party Insurance

Abia State Commissioner of Police CP Danladi Isa and his management has in compliance with the Inspector General of Police’s directive on the enforcement of Third-Party Motor Insurance across all states on Monday commenced the enforcement of the scheme.

During the exercise, motorists were asked to present their Third-Party Insurance.

The Command urges all vehicle owners in the state to ensure they obtain valid Third-Party Insurance to avoid legal consequences.

CP Danladi Isa while addressing officers attached to the Safer Highway Unit and the State Traffic warned them against unprofessional conduct, extortion, and incivility towards members of the public.

He emphasized that any officer found engaging in such misconduct would face severe disciplinary measures.
