Professor Taoheed Adedoja, the pioneering Director-General of the Teachers Continuous Training Institute (TCTI) in Biase, Cross River State, has congratulated Her Excellency, Bishop Mrs. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, the wife of the Governor of Cross River State, on her 61st birth anniversary.
In a goodwill message congratulating the First Lady on her milestone birthday, Professor Adedoja described Her Excellency, Reverend Otu, as a great woman who has lived a life dedicated to service and whom God has ordained as a support system for the Otu administration’s ‘People’s First’ mantra.
Wishing Mrs. Otu long life and good health, the DG stated that: “from the outset of the present administration in the state, you have demonstrated your role as a stabilizing pillar, working alongside Governor Otu, notably in the education sector as a key partner in bringing development to Cross Riverians.”
