Qualifications / Requirements

Must have 5 years of HR experience.
Familiarity with general HR practices.
Proven experience in handling talent acquisition and recruitment.
Ability to manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant HR technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management and communication tools.
