Seattle’s Landmarks Preservation Board will review the nomination of Lake Court Apartments, located at 2012 43rd Avenue E, for landmark designation during a meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. The nomination details are available on the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods website under “Current Nominations” and are also linked in the meeting agenda.
Members of the public can participate in the meeting either virtually via the WebEx Event link, by telephone using the call-in option provided on the agenda, or in person at Room L2-80 of City Hall. While in-person attendance is available, many Board members and presenters are expected to participate remotely.
The public is invited to share comments on the nomination. Those wishing to address the Landmarks Preservation Board can sign up starting two hours before the 3:30 p.m. meeting start time, with sign-ups closing at the beginning of the meeting. Comments are limited to two minutes per speaker, and participants may choose to speak in person or remotely through the WebEx link or call-in number. Written comments are also accepted and should be submitted to the Landmarks Preservation Board by 3:30 p.m. on November 5, 2024, via email to [email protected] or by mail to the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, PO Box 94649, Seattle, WA 98124-4649.
The agenda, which will include additional details on participation and access, will be available approximately one week before the meeting on the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods website.
