Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing various forms of specialised hands, feet and nail treatments to guests and members;
Providing homecare advice and retailing health and beauty merchandise;
Performing reception duties when required, (Including making bookings, appointment reminder calls, reverting to emails and follow up requests. Assist all guests for check in and out;
Encourage the return of clients of the SPA;
Perform thorough consultations with every guest to obtain and update client personal details, medical records, current homecare, and obtain their main concerns to focus on and customise treatment accordingly;
Transfer and update all client data on the clients profile in the system & perform follow-up courtesy calls;
Cash up at the end of the shift, when required;
Upsell products and treatments to increase profitability;
Guest Orientations.
