O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited is a Nigerian-based Solar Energy Company that is focused on Providing sustainable uninterrupted alternative source of energy solutions for home and businesses across Nigeria and to ensure that it’s eco-friendly and totally free from noise pollution. Our source of energy ensures conservation of energy and quick power supply for immediate utilization for end users. O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited was registered on 24th of April 2015 with the Corporate Affairs Commission. However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019.We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization\'s human capital needs and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment and Selection:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit with the company culture.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Identify training and development needs to support employee growth.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonus structures.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Training and Development:

Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Gather employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (not less than second class upper)
Minimum of 2years of experience in human resources.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in HR management software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
