Design and deliver engaging, comprehensive lesson plans across various subjects
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support and feedback
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to promote student success*Participate in school-wide events, activities, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
Experience: Prior teaching experience at the primary school level preferred
Skills:Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching strategiesExcellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to inspire and motivate studentsPatience, adaptability, and a positive demeanorProficiency in classroom management and student engagement techniquesOpen to learning and posses a growth mindse
