MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant qualification in Agriculture/ Business Development/Engineering or Industrial Engineering
5 – 10 years’ experience in a Packhouse Manager role or similar role within the food, beverages, or manufacturing facility
Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, SIZA, and Global Gap Accreditation

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Excellent leadership and people management skills – practical experience in handling people at all levels and a strong record of achievement through building successful teams.
Able to work in a highly competitive collaborative market space.
Can-do attitude – results driven and able to implement operationally.
The ability to plan and execute in a structured manner is essential.
Be prepared to work long hours and overtime.
