A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to manufacture parts and products with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading programs, setting tooling, and adjusting parameters.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine performance, detecting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct quality control checks, ensuring parts meet specifications and tolerances.
Education and Certifications
SSCE, OND or HND qualification
3 – 11 years work experience.
