Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives
Revolutionize our sales operations through the design and deployment of cutting-edge Sales Force automation solutions and ensure optimal usage
Empower our sales team by developing and implementing a comprehensive capability-building strategy.
Cultivate a learning culture by designing and deploying a Learning Management System.
Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the company's competitive positioning
Drive operational excellence by overseeing the back-office sales team and ensuring seamless support to the sales force
Lead pricing strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning
Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
Track, measure, and report on key commercial performance metrics
Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role
Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market dynamics
