Moor1ng is a fighting game event which takes place in a rare locale for tournaments, namely Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Notable players attending include C9|Dawood Sikandar, Dragons|Raef, IZ|Yondaime, Manounou, ExE|Lian, ExE|Chain, ExE|RyoSukuna, TSN|Venøm and more.
This is a Challenger Event for Tekken 8 on the Tekken World Tour so there are points up for grabs in order to qualify for the eventual Tekken World Tour Finals later this year in Tokyo, Japan.
The local scene is showing up strong with more than 200 entrants for the tournament, so there’ll be a lot of matches to showcase talent from a region we usually don’t see showcased.
Of course, there are several international participants as well so it’ll definitely be interesting to see how this newly added area to the Tekken World Tour fares against some of the stronger world-level competitors.
