As a Sales Executive at Floorkraft, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management for forecasting and sales tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing is an advantage.
