Receipt and verification of supplier’s Air waybills and invoices;
Ensure the preparation and vetting of daily withdrawal requisition;
Posting of daily stock transactions into the in-house software application;
Coordinating the generation of stock transaction report;
Maintain records of stock transaction movement from stores to user departments;
Maintain optimum stock positions and re-order levels for all inventories;
Provide stock report as requested by airline and other regulatory bodies within set frequencies;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in multiple inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent knowledge.
Information technology savvy – Excel Application skills
Knowledge of global standard, practice and procedure in store management
