The Mixup is back again this year and will as usual be happening in Lyon, France.

The Mixup is a Master Event on the Tekken World Tour, so stakes for Tekken 8 are exceptionally high. It’s also a Gold Event on the Arc World Tour for Guilty Gear Strive and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. On top of that, this event holds Esports World Cup qualifiers for both Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6, with 2 spots for each game.
As you’d expect when so much is on the line, Tekken 8 leads the pack with around 280 participants and next in line is Street Fighter 6 which sits at around 180 players, while Guilty Gear Strive lands at around 70 competitors and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising hit over 40 signups.
There will also be tournament play for Under Night In-Birth 2: [Sys:Celes], Dragon Ball FighterZ, Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike, Vampire Savior (Darkstalkers), Melty Blood Type Lumina, Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, Mortal Kombat 1, King of Fighters 15 and Hokuto no Ken.
Streaming is being done at Tekken, Reversal GG, zDamascus, The Mixup Lyon, LaDOSETV and MK RZA.
