Requirements and Competencies:
- Sales-driven with a track record in the apparel retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to continuously motivate staff.
- Demonstrated sales coaching and general management of staff.
- 3 years of managerial experience within the apparel retail sector.
- Tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Grade 12 qualification.
