Momochi stuns his opponent in one corner then drags them to the opposite corner with an amazing KO combo in Street Fighter 6

If you’re not keeping an eye on Momochi’s Ed in Street Fighter 6 Season 2, you should change that right away. The top level competitor has been pioneering tech for the DLC character left and right, most recently sharing a new punish combo using level 2 super that anyone interested in the character will surely want to learn.

Keeping with the tech and the impressive combos, Momochi recently uploaded another amazing sequence to Twitter that sees him stun his opponent in one corner, then carry them all the way to the other corner with a powerful KO combo.

During one of his recent live streams, Momochi took on a fellow Ed player online. The clip he shared begins with the opponent already cornered and stuck in burnout, and Momochi is able to get the stun with a tricky Drive Impact.

With the other Ed standing there dazed, Momochi sets up a very intricate combo that requires precise spacing and timing to pull off. He begins by jumping back and then performing a back dash to properly set up a charged standing heavy punch.

Doing so allows him to not only keep the opponent standing, but also end up behind them so that he can have the whole rest of the stage to execute the extended level 2 super punish combo. Ed’s level 2 is at its most dangerous when he has a lot of screen real estate to work with as he can set up perfectly spaced and perfectly timed juggles to maximize his damage and positioning.

Momochi does exactly this with this punish, firing off the slow moving super orb and whiffing a handful of normal attacks to properly time his attacks. In doing so, Momochi is able to drag the opponent all the way from the right corner to the left corner, which is already wild in and of itself.

He closes the combo and the match out with a hard-hitting level 1 super as his final juggle, which KOs his foe and scores him the win. While these juggles might look like any other Ed level 2 super juggle on the surface, I can assure you that each piece of this puzzle requires exceptional timing and spacing for this all to work how it does.
