We seeking to hire a Cloud Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise the Bank’s cloud computing system, and maintain all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.
Key Responsibilities
Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
Develop and organize cloud systems.
Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
Effectively articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
Perform other duties as assigned by Head, IT Infrastructure
Skills/Competencies
Solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud
Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends
Knowledge of automated testing
Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure and AWS
Good knowledge in big data technologies
Knowledge of programming languages
Experience creating and maintaining databases
Experience working with Agile development technologies
Provide overall team guidance and fix all escalations
Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Experience in DevOps practices
Experience with software architecture principles, requirements and interfaces, and software systems engineering experience

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field
Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
4-6 years of relevant software design and development experience
Desirable
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
Relevant professional certifications
