NDDC Rep, Rt Hon Orok Duke extols Gov Otu as he marks 66th birthday

Member representing Cross River State in the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Rt. Hon. Orok Duke PhD, has extolled the virtues of Cross River State Governor, Prince Bassey Edet Otu on the occasion of his 66th birthday.

In a goodwill message on Saturday, the NDDC representative declared that “Sixty-six years ago, God brought in a child not only destined to lead the people of Cross River State but to wipe their tears and put a smile on their faces.”

Continuing, he said “It took that long for a reason, but it was the right time, when the people yearn for a leader who wants to serve and not be served, who wants to lead and not be led, who listens and acts, who feels with the heart, who keeps nights for others to wake with joy.”
