The Cross River State Representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke PhD, joined family, friends and colleagues in celebrating the birthday of the Commission’s Managing Director, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, in grand style.
Dr. Duke, who graced the occasion with warmth and goodwill extended his heartfelt wishes to Dr. Ogbuku, describing him as “a visionary leader whose dedication to the Niger Delta continues to inspire and transform lives.”
In his goodwill message, Duke prayed for God’s continued wisdom, good health and strength for Dr. Ogbuku, noting that his leadership has brought renewed hope to the Commission and the Niger Delta region at large.

The celebration also featured the launching of two books authored by Dr. Ogbuku, titled Rethinking the Niger Delta and Strategies and Imperatives for Developing the Niger Delta.
The celebration reflected unity, joy and shared commitment to the progress of the Niger Delta, with Rt. Hon. Otu Duke reaffirming his support for collaborative efforts that will further strengthen the delivery of the NDDC’s mandate.
