“His fellow NRA members can’t wait to hear from him at this pivotal moment in our Nation’s history” ~Randy Kozuch, NRA-Institute for Legislative Action Executive Director

Former President Donald Trump will speak at the National Rifle Association (NRA) on Saturday at event in Dallas, Texas.
The event will mark his latest weekend excursion from New York amid his ongoing criminal trial in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s “hush money” case. Last weekend, he held a sizeable rally in Wildwood, N.J.
Trump’s address is currently slated for 2 p.m. on Saturday, according to The Hill.
“President Trump’s presence at the NRA Annual Meeting is a powerful sign of his ongoing commitment to our constitutional freedoms and the Association’s efforts to protect and advance the Second Amendment rights of every law-abiding American,” said NRA-Institute for Legislative Action Executive Director Randy Kozuch, in a press release.
“His fellow NRA members can’t wait to hear from him at this pivotal moment in our Nation’s history,” he added.
Trump’s appearance at the annual meeting could signal a return to form for the NRA after a lengthy period of legal jeopardy. A New York jury in February held ex-CEO Wayne Lapierre liable for spending millions on perks for himself.
The NRA in April further agreed to reform its charitable arm to settle a case with the D.C. Attorney General’s office.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
