Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly (CRSHA), John Gaul Lebo, has announced plans to unveil a scholarship scheme for pupils and students of Abi State Constituency on the 10th of August 2016.
Furthermore, the foremost law maker, Rt. Hon. Lebo of the 8th CRSHA yesterday guaranteed 33 constituents of Abi origin of his intention to use his good offices to secure their being recipient of the World Bank Agriculture Grant Scheme.
