KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Verification, processing and documenting of Service Agreements
Commission payment calculations
Job and outright sales invoicing and documenting
Debtor credit requests
Purchase orders, petty cash and cheque requests, creditors
Month end procedures (Balance of sale stats, commissions, accruals for the branch)
General Ledger and Trading Account
Capturing stock movement and resolving stock variances in liaison with Supervisor, stock take procedure
Fixed assets
Fleet management – capture, document and monitor petrol consumption, repairs, tyres, traffic fines

Personnel

General admin -Filing of contracts etc, invoices
Complaints – all staff are expected to deal with complaints in a professional manner and within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.
Ensure that all documentation is completed timeously and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Matric certificate or equivalent
Computer literate – MS Office
Above average Excel Skills
Above average numeracy skills
Good knowledge of Rentokil mainframe (internal applicants)
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualification is advantageous
Minimum 5 Years in an administrative role with similar experience
Driver’s license
