In the spirit of ‘Humanity’, the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism Development, Mr. Eric Anderson, has helped to put out a commercial bus that caught fire, along Calabar Road, adjacent Okoi Arikpo House, Calabar.
The Commissioner’s prompt response by providing a fire extinguisher from his vehicle, helped save the vehicle from busting into flames.
He went a step further by asking other drivers to make their extinguishers available.
When asked why a political figure like him would show concern when he could have easily driven by, he said” mishaps can happen to anyone but the ability to put others before yourself, is humanity”.
