The Luminosity Invitational is happening this weekend in Miami, Florida, U.S.A.
The invited players are LG|Tweek, LG|MkLeo, LG|Sonix, Liquid|Riddles, LG|Maister, Moist|Light, Liquid|Dabuz, Stride|Shadic, Marss and Liquid|Hungrybox.
Kroger Gaming is presenting this invitational on behalf of Luminosity Gaming which sees some of the biggest names in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate come together and fight it out.
The players have been divided up into two five-person groups which will be played in a Round Robin format. The top four players from each group will then advance into a top 8 bracket.
The prize pool for the event sits at $10,000 so there’s a decent amount of money to be made for the top placers as well.
