While cancelling an election that has been announced before date? Because I haven’t seen the presidency or INEC cancelling any polls won by the so call APC. It’s only the PDP State, but why? Just check out all the killings and happenings surrounding the Rivers Re-run, whereas, there’s still #Agatu Killings on the board.
