It has been stated that Governor Rochas Okochora was held up together with his convoy by Fulani herdsmen on their way to projects in Imo State, Vanguard reported.
Security men of the Okochora cleared the cows of the road.
The convoy was held up for about an hour and a half on the road.
No harm was caused to the governor and his convoy as the cows were cleared away.
