Rapper Iceprince who was signed to Chjocolate City in 2010 has left the record label, after two albums, and a good number of hit singles.
The ‘Aboki’ crooner in a recent radio interview made it clear that his contract with the label, expired two years ago and due to his personal relationship with the label owners, decided not to make it public.
He however, made it clear that he still has some working relationship with them.
The rapper has in the past two years removed the every public link between him and Chocolate City, wiping their signage off his social media handles, and also off his press releases, while promoting his record label. Super Cool Cats.
The rapper is third act to announce departure from Chocolate City in the past 6 months, after the earlier departure of Kahli Abdu & VHS Safari, and rapper Milli.
Ice Prince is set to release his third studio album titled “Jos to the world” which follows “Everybody loves Ice Prince”(2011) and “Fire of Zamani” (2013).
