Two people were arrested when they were caught having sex in a parked car along the roadside by two policemen on a routine surveillance stop in Abuja, News24 reports.
The Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja Police Command on Wednesday arraigned Vincent Chikwukume and Nnandi Ujunwa before an Abuja Grade 1 Area Court for allegedly having sex in a public place.
When the policemen started interrogating the two accused, one of them attacked a police officer and resisted arrest.
The two accused were granted bail of N30 000 each, but were denied an application by the defence team to release the car where the act took place in.
