A Facebook user posted this photo on the ninth of August and everyone has started reacting to the photos. The photo was meant to signify the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mrs. Aisha Buhari and the First Lady of the United States, Mrs. Michelle Obama together.
Aisha Buhari was meant to visit the White House over political issues, but rumours has it that, the First Lady didn’t and the pool responsible are trying in all ways to lure Nigerians into believing the trip and meetings were real. So they created this photos after hoax from Nigerians demanding the ghosting of the President’s wife to the US.

To user point of view, the photos above were photoshop, i.e. created with high-end sophisticated software that merge different images together to make it seems as if there were taken together.
