Japanese millionaire gives $390k to Nigerian U23 team to fulfil promise (Photos)

It’s a dream come through for the Nigeria U23 also known as the Dream Team, as they never left Rio de Janeiro empty handed. At least now they’ve got a bronze medal and almost four hundred thousand dollars too. All this came to pass because of unfailing promise. Wish Nigerian leaders will excite same act. 

Japanese tycoon and plastic Surgeon Katsuya Takasu has fulfilled his promised by giving $390,000 to Nigeria’s U-23 team after they won bronze at Rio men’s football.

He displayed a $190,000 cheque to Mikel Obi and $200,000 cheque to the dream team coach, Samson Siasia.

Recall, he made the pledged after it was announced that the Dream Team were stranded at USA and has also encounter some financial difficulties following the economy crisis that has befallen the country recently.
