On the 7th of October, 2016, the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Ben Ayade, returned to the
state into awaiting hands of mammoth crowd of thousands of Cross
Riverians of all socio-economic, religious and political affinities who
waited anxiously at the Margaret Ekpo international Airport, Calabar as
early as 7.30am for the Governor to arrival.
