April 01, 2024 TEANECK, New Jersey – Heavy clashes between hundreds of Israel supporters and dozens of Palestinian supporters outside NJ Synagogue this Monday evening.
Hundreds of Israel supporters gathered outside Congregation Bnai Yeshurun around 6pm to stand against a protest that was called by Pro-palestine group “Within Our Lifetime” (WOL).
Tensions and Clashes began shortly after the arrival of dozens of Palestine supporters, who marched up to the front of Synagogue as local police tried to find ways to seperate the groups.
Arguments, shouting and clashes continued, at one point family with children got cought up as they walk into the protest to join WOL outside Congregation Bnai Yeshurun.
Rabbi called for protest to be canceled and when that didn’t happen he called for Israel supporters to gether in opposition.
Protest ended around 10 pm after the program inside completed, with Palestine supporters marching away chanting “Allah Akbhar!” As Israel Supporters sang Star Spangled banner
