East Coast Throwdown is back this year and it’ll be happening in Stamford, Connecticut, U.S.A.

There are several games for which East Coast Throwdown is a pro tour event, starting with the Mortal Kombat 1 tournament being part of the Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition and amassing just about 300 entrants. It’s also part of the SNK World Championship for King of Fighters 15, which sits at almost 70 participants as well as the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour with Dragon Ball FighterZ reaching just under 40 competitors.
Outside of Pro Tours, Street Fighter 6 stands strong at almost 500 players while Guilty Gear Strive is just short of 200 entrants and Tekken 7 is right above 100 participants.
There will also be tournament play for Melty Blood Type Lumina, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, Vampire Savior (Darkstalkers), Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike, Street Fighter Alpha 2, DNF Duel, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, Capcom vs. SNK 2 and Super Street Fighter 2: Turbo.
Streaming is being done at Team Spooky, NetherRealm, Tampa Never Sleeps, TSB FGC and Vampire Arcadia.
