Maintains a positive image of the company through management of the reception area. Attends to visitors in welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner. Directs customers to correct individuals or departments and resolves queries timeously
Role Objectives/ Responsibilities:
To manage the reception area ensuring:
The reception area is presentable at all times
A professional and personal image is upheld at all times.
Customers are received in a welcoming, pleasant and courteous manner, their queries are resolved timeously and customers are directed to correct individuals or departments.
Visitors access is arranged where required
Mail is received and distributed
Telephone calls are answered and transferred to appropriate staff
Telephone messages are recorded and delivered timeously
No unauthorised access to the offices
To assist with general office administration ensuring:
Office equipment are functional
Typing, filing, binding, laminating and any other general office administration tasks are carried out when requested
Collation, Capturing and auditing of Monthly unaudited turnover from Tenants
Deliveries
Qualifications:
Senior Certificate
Intermediate Excel Skills
