As a Telesales Representative at Figorr, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.
You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, promoting Figorr's range of cold chain solutions and services.
Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating Figorr's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Figorr's cold chain solutions and services
Generate sales leads and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Knowledge of cold chain solutions or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
